Essential Guidelines:
Be Kind to Yourself. The first and most important essential guideline is that you promise to be good to yourself. This means self-care. It means being kind, compassionate, and gentle with yourself as you also pursue your business goals. There will always be the temptation to neglect yourself as you hustle to get things done. But you promise to make your health, needs and well-being a priority.
Put in the work. The second most important guideline is to put in the work needed to level-up in your business. One of the main reasons you’re here is to grow your business. Of course only you can decide what that means and what goals will “move the needle” for you. But we ask that you challenge yourself by defining and pursuing your very best in your monthly business goal.
Encouraging Others. In this group, we promise to be an active voice of love and encouragement to other members. We will strive to see the Divine Light in each other and will cheer one another on when we win, empathize in hard times, and be generous with words of affirmation.
Confidentiality. What is said, shared, or presented in the group stays in the group. No exceptions. You agree to not share any part of someone else’s journey and will not steal any proprietary information/ideas shared by other members in the group.
Time. We will do our best to guard and honor our time together carefully and at times, we will need to end sharing times quickly. This can feel awkward and even hard. Unfortunately, it is part of the process and we ask for your grace and understanding.
Commitment. It does not serve you nor the group if you do not show up. Since we’re all putting ourselves in the hot seat of accountability, we owe it to each other to commit to showing up to the scheduled meetings—whether you’ve met your goals for the week or not. Of course grace will be given if emergencies come up. But you commit to doing your best to show up to each check-in call. And if you must miss, will post your update for that week in the designated update area.
