The Basics:

  • Please remember to engage with other ladies as they post! It’s a fun way for us to connect, share, and encourage one another on our journeys.

  • Work out then Check in. That’s it!

    Even on days you don’t move, it’s critical you log your day.

    To do so:

    1. Find the post of the day.
    2. Check off whether you completed your workout or took the day off,
    3. Then leave a comment! Comment should include a picture and description of your workout and for how long.

  • MAKING MONEY:

    Each challenge is broken up into four, 7-day cycles: Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, and Week 4.

    You will receive $5 back for every given cycle in which you workout all 7 days.

    PAYING UP:

    You cannot go more than two (2) days without exercising, otherwise you owe everyone in the group a dollar. (Exceptions only made in extreme situations where working out would be unkind such as illness, injury, family emergencies, etc.)

  • The most important thing her is the intentionality. You must MOVE intentionally for no less than 20 minutes a day.

    How? In whatever way you’d like. It could be a walk, going to the gym, stretching.

    In this group, the emphasis is moving in whatever way is the most kind.
